Steve Duffy is a self thought, singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer from inner city Dublin.

He began playing at the early age of 14 years old and has not stopped since. He has spent over half of his life fine tuning his voice, singing, playing the blues and writing songs

According to Steve, it all started off, as a young child mimicking “my father’s mo town soul records”.
By listening to artists like Patti Labelle, Randy Crawford, Ray Charles and Curtis Mayfield, this is where his love for soul music was born.

Steve released his E.P. entitled “Steve Duffy Raw” in 2007. His song “Dr. Please” was released on the “Potential Collection Volume 2”, an acoustic compilation album, made up of the singer/ songwriters from the Zodiac Sessions in 2008

His debut album is due for release December 2009, on the independent label, VanDuff Music. This will be followed by an Irish and European tour.
