The competition is now officially closed for entries until Valentines Day 2011 though we love to hear new music from original artists so if you’re only finding us now, don’t be shy…feel free to send us your creations!
The team at Dublin City Soul Festival are passionate about music and dedicated to the promotion of artists and groups who put their heart & soul into creating their own unique sounds. We’re proud of anyone that puts pen to paper to write their own lyrics or picks up an instrument and creates a new melody.
On Valentines Day we launched ‘Rising Stars’ the ultimate search for the best original musicians from around the globe. All you need is a song and the desire to share it with the world. This is a real music competition , with real musicians and songwriters who love their craft.

The Dynes and friends came together to form the Dublin City Soul Festival House Band and record the festival theme tune, ‘All You Need Is Your Soul’.We believe that it is time to refocus on the important things in life ; family, music & good times.
